Coach Heidi has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012. She is a Level 1 trainer, certified in Red Cross CPR/AED, and has completed the 2019 CrossFit Judging Course.
Coach Heidi enjoys competing and completed her first competition with Coach Bob in 2018 where they took Second Place.
“I never imagined that I could ever do something like that. It was the most incredible feeling of achievement ever.”
Coach Heidi’s favorite exercise is the Deadlift, but her favorite WOD is the Murph (1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 situps, 300 squats, 1 mile run).
Watching all the new Challenge groups prove to themselves that they can achieve their goals and working with them to help them get there is Heidi’s favorite part about coaching.
In her off time, Heidi loves spending time with her granddaughter, paddleboarding, and biking.
