Coach Cindy joined Clamtown CrossFit after watching her husband Pete’s transformation. All it took was two classes and she was hooked. It wasn’t long until Cindy knew she wanted to become a coach and help others the way her coaches had helped her so far. Coach Cindy is now a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and has completed the CrossFit Judging Course, but will always be a student as much as a teacher.
When it comes to favorite exercises, Coach Cindy can’t narrow it down to just one. The chipper WODs are her favorite because they incorporate many different exercises into each workout.
Coach Cindy enjoys seeing the little stars show up next to her name when she gets a personal best, but it’s even more exciting to see other athletes’ faces light up when those stars appear next to their names.
Besides trying to master muscle ups at the box, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids compete in their respective sports, cooking healthy foods, and smiling. Smiling’s her favorite.
